This is my new favorite side salad/snack that I adapted from Heinen’s prepared foods section.

Frozen Shelled Edemame (cooked), Frozen Corn (cooked), and Canned Black Beans (rinsed!!) all thrown together with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red pepper powder, and a little sea salt. Delicious, filling, and good for you!
